Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
Patient:
* aged ≥ 18,
* receiving palliative care at the study hospitals,
* able to communicate in Cantonese, and
* cognitively intact (Abbreviated Mental Test (AMT) score ≥ 7)13 at the time of recruitment
