About This Trial
During intermittent hemodialysis (IHD), the occurrence of intradialytic hemodynamic instability (IHI) is frequent in ICU and impacted morbidity and mortality. Bicarbonate dialysate buffer improves hemodynamic tolerance compared to acetate dialysate buffer.
