About This Trial
The RENATO trial is a multicenter randomized controlled trial that evaluates the efficacy of pioglitazone to improve renal outcomes in ANCA-associated vasculitis. Patients with biopsy-proven kidney involvement of ANCA vasculitis will be included in this trial at diagnosis.
