This trial is looking for patients with advanced lung cancer that has specific genetic mutations. Participants will receive a treatment called zipalertinib to see how well it works and how safe it is.

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
  • I have a specific mutation called EGFR exon 20 insertion.
  • I have measurable disease.
  • I have enough tissue from my tumor for testing.
  • I have stable brain metastasis, if applicable.
  • I have a good performance status.
  • I can provide written consent to join the trial.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have uncontrolled seizures.
  • I have leptomeningeal disease.
  • I have received previous systemic treatment for my advanced lung cancer.
  • I have received certain treatments within the last 6 months.
  • I am currently on certain other treatments for brain metastasis, if applicable.
