This trial is looking for women aged 21 to 50 who want permanent birth control. Participants will receive the FemBloc procedure and have an ultrasound test afterward to confirm results.

  • I am a woman aged 21 to 50.
  • I want permanent birth control.
  • I am sexually active with a male partner.
  • I have regular menstrual cycles or I am on hormonal contraceptives.

  • I have had previous tubal surgery.
  • I have a history of gynecologic cancer.
  • I am scheduled for other intrauterine procedures near the time of this trial.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * Female, 21 - 50 years of age desiring permanent birth control. * Sexually active with male partner. * Regular menstrual cycle for last 3 months or on hormonal contraceptives. Exclusion Criteria: * Uncertainty about the desire to end fertility. * Known or suspected pregnancy.…
