Inclusion Criteria:
* Admitted to ICU
* Receiving invasive mechanical ventilation
Exclusion Criteria:
* Body Mass Index \>40
* More than 24 hours has elapsed since ICU admission
* Death is deemed to be imminent and inevitable during the next 24 hours
