This trial is looking for people with knee pain from osteoarthritis. Participants will receive either a treatment called BMAC or a corticosteroid injection to see which one helps more.
You may be able to join if
- I am between 18 and 70 years old.
- I have knee pain from osteoarthritis that has lasted a long time.
- I have tried other treatments for at least 6 weeks.
- My average pain score is 4 or higher.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a systemic disease like diabetes or cancer.
- I have post-traumatic arthritis.
- I have had an injection in my affected knee in the last three months.
