Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with certain types of B-cell lymphomas that have not responded to previous treatments. Participants will receive a new type of treatment combining CAR T-cells and a medication called pirtobrutinib.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 80 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.
  • I can provide written informed consent.
  • I have a Karnofsky performance score of 70 or higher.
  • I expect to live more than 12 weeks.
  • I have shown that I can stick to previous treatments.
  • I can take oral medications.
  • I have adequate blood clotting levels.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had severe treatment-related side effects that haven't recovered.
  • I have had recent treatments that haven't met required washout periods.
  • I have active infections or another serious health condition.
  • I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have not fully recovered from a past transplant.
  • I cannot participate in the trial for any other medical reasons.
  • I have been diagnosed with certain severe health conditions.
  • I have certain liver or kidney issues.

About This Trial

This is a phase I, interventional, single arm, open label, treatment study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of LV20.19 CAR -T cells with pirtobrutinib bridging and maintenance in adult patients with B cell malignancies that have failed prior therapies.
