This trial is looking for people who have had a stroke and still have weakness in their arm despite 1-5 years of rehabilitation. Participants will evaluate how a specific procedure, called contralateral C7 root transfer, can help improve arm function.
You may be able to join if
- I have had an ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke.
- I have arm weakness that hasn't improved for 1-5 years.
- My baseline Fugl-Meyer score is below 33.
You may not be able to join if
- I am pregnant.
