Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age: 18-85 years
* Confirmation of seronegative HIV, Hep B, and Hep C status
* PrEP users
* English-speaking or Spanish speaking
* Cognitively competent to provide consent
* Attend a participating healthcare facility
