This trial is looking for adults who have stomach cancer and are recovering from surgery. Participants will take a supplement called glutamine and be monitored for changes in health and nutrition.

- I have stomach cancer
- I am an adult
- I have had gastrectomy surgery
You may not be able to join if
- I have liver problems
- I have kidney problems
- I cannot eat by mouth or tube after surgery
- I cannot have a CT scan
- I cannot wear wearable devices

Check Your EligibilityGlutamine has the potentials of immunomodulation and adjustment of protein metabolism. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of glutamine on sarcopenia in gastric adenocarcinoma patients undergoing gastrectomy. The secondary endpoints, including the physical activity, weight loss, and nutritional profiles, will be evaluated among these patients.
