About This Trial

This is a multi-site Canadian, window of opportunity study to evaluate the immune activity of durvalumab and oleclumab in resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) when given prior to surgery.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1 * Weight ≥ 35 kg * Have a life expectancy ≥ 12 weeks * Have histologically or cytologically confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). * Upfront resectable PDAC * Have adequate organ and marrow func…
