This trial is looking for people to test if celery seed can help with metabolic syndrome. Participants will need to meet specific health criteria and will be monitored over time.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 30 and 60 years old
  • I have been diagnosed with metabolic syndrome
  • I have a waist size of at least 80 cm (women) or 90 cm (men)
  • My fasting glucose is less than 126 mg/dL
  • My body mass index is between 25 and 34.9
  • I have had stable weight for the last 3 months
  • I have not been taking any medication for metabolic syndrome
  • I agree to participate and sign the consent form

You may not be able to join if

  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding
  • My total cholesterol is 240 mg/dL or higher
  • My triglycerides are 500 mg/dL or higher
  • My systolic blood pressure is 140 mmHg or higher
  • My diastolic blood pressure is 90 mmHg or higher
  • I have a history of kidney, liver, or thyroid disease
  • I take drugs or supplements that affect my metabolism
