Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Severe traumatic brain injury
* Placement of intracranial monitor for measurement of intracranial pressure and brain tissue oxygenation
* Age greater than or equal to 18 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* Documented allergy to ketamine
