Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for people with advanced Adrenocortical Carcinoma. Participants will receive a treatment called pembrolizumab after standard radiotherapy to see if it is safe and has mild side effects.

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 15 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with metastatic Adrenocortical Carcinoma with liver symptoms.
  • I have a good performance status.
  • I have measurable disease.
  • I have extrahepatic tumor documented by scans.
  • I agree to provide archived tissue for research.
  • I have adequate organ function.
  • I can provide written consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have participated in another clinical trial in the past 4 weeks.
  • I have had radiotherapy in the area of my cancer.
  • I have a diagnosis of immunodeficiency or am on immunosuppressive therapy.
  • I have had a monoclonal antibody treatment in the past 4 weeks.
  • I have had chemotherapy or targeted therapy in the past 2 weeks.
  • I have another cancer that is active or needs treatment.
  • I have known active brain metastases or certain neurological conditions.
  • I have an autoimmune disease needing systemic treatment in the past 3 months.
