About This Trial
Ampullary adenocarcinoma (AAC) is a rare gastrointestinal cancer with varying survival rates, particularly the aggressive pancreatobiliary (PB) subtype. Adjuvant therapy benefits only PB and mixed subtype patients, while prospective studies are required for validation.
