Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for women aged 20-45 who have certain bacteria levels in their vagina. Participants will take either a probiotic, pomegranate extract, or a placebo for 8 weeks to see how these affect their vaginal health.

You may be able to join if

  • I am female
  • I am aged 20-45
  • I have a Nugent score of 4 or higher
  • My menstrual cycle is between 28 and 60 days

You may not be able to join if

  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding
  • I am using antibiotics
  • I have other reproductive-related inflammatory diseases
  • I am allergic to probiotics or pomegranate
