Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with either recurrent high-grade glioma or newly diagnosed glioblastoma. Participants will receive the drug BDTX-1535 to see if it can safely treat their tumors that have specific changes in a protein called EGFR.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with recurrent high-grade glioma or newly diagnosed glioblastoma.
  • I have measurable disease with at least one lesion that is 1 cm or larger.
  • I have enough tissue available for testing EGFR alterations.
  • I can swallow oral medications.
  • I have a performance status of 2 or less.
  • I provide signed informed consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have known allergies to BDTX-1535.
  • I have an active serious infection.
  • I have significant heart disease or had a heart attack in the last 6 months.
  • I have serious preexisting health conditions that may impact my participation.
  • I am using certain prohibited medications.
  • I have unresolved issues from previous treatments that could affect my eligibility.

About This Trial
This study will administer the investigational drug, BDTX-1535 to eligible patients with recurrent high-grade glioma (HGG) and newly-diagnosed glioblastoma (nGBM).
