Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for people who are having a total knee replacement. Participants will use a new mobility tool to see how it helps them move after surgery.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 99 years old.
  • I am having a primary total knee arthroplasty.
  • I can move around with no more than one cane or one crutch.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am under 18 or over 99 years old.
  • I am not having knee surgery.
  • I need both knees replaced at the same time or less than 90 days apart.
  • I have active claudication from lumbar stenosis or peripheral vascular disease.

Maneuverability is currently under appreciated by patients who are seeking mobility. This pilot study is examining how patients maneuverability and mobility will change with this novel mobility tool.
