Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for individuals aged 50 to 80 who have a history of smoking to find out how well a nurse navigator can help manage lung cancer screenings. Participants will undergo a CT scan at a local center, and results will be discussed in follow-up visits.

- I am between 50 and 80 years old
- I have a history of smoking at least 20 pack-years
- I currently smoke or quit within the last 15 years
You may not be able to join if
- I am under 50 years old or over 80 years old
- I have not smoked in the last 15 years
- I have a health problem that prevents me from having surgery if lung cancer is found

Inclusion Criteria:
* All individuals 50-80 years of age
* 20 pack-year smoking history
* Currently smoke or have quit within the past 15 years:

* Individuals 49 years and below or 81 years and above
* Has not smoked in 15 or more years
