Inclusion Criteria:
• Ultrasound documented poly cystic ovary syndrome
Exclusion Criteria:
* Active infection
* Active cancer
* Chronic multisystem organ failure
* Pregnancy
* Clinically significant abnormalities on pre-treatment laboratory evaluation
