About This Trial
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about whether it is safe to omit dissection of the No.253 lymph nodes in mid and low rectal cancer surgery. Inclusion Criteria: 1. Patient age between 18-75 years. 2. Colonic biopsy pathology confirms adenocarcinoma. 3.
