Inclusion Criteria:
* Age of 18+ years
* Able and willing to sign the consent form
* Inpatients of the Tartu University Hospital
* Admitted within 72 hours before enrolment
Exclusion Criteria:
* Age of \<18 years
* Inability or refusal to sign the consent form
