This trial is looking for adults with non-small cell lung cancer that is advanced and has specific characteristics. Participants will receive a combination of sacituzumab tirumotecan and pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab alone to see which treatment helps them live longer.

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer.
  • My tumor has at least 50% PD-L1 expression.
  • I have good overall health with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1.
  • I expect to live at least 3 more months.
  • I do not need immediate treatment for certain genetic targets like EGFR or ALK.
  • I am HIV positive but my condition is well controlled with treatment.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer.
  • I have serious nerve damage.
  • I have untreated severe eye problems.
  • I have active inflammatory bowel disease.
  • I have uncontrolled heart or brain issues in the last 6 months.
  • I have received other anticancer treatments for my lung cancer.
  • I have active infections or autoimmune diseases requiring treatment.
  • I am currently taking certain strong medications that affect liver enzymes.

About This Trial
The primary objective of the study is to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan combined with pembrolizumab to pembrolizumab alone with respect to overall survival (OS).
