Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for people with periodontal diseases like gingivitis or periodontitis, and also healthy individuals. Participants will provide saliva samples and undergo dental evaluations to help researchers understand the levels of certain substances in saliva related to gum health.

You may be able to join if
- I am systemically healthy.
- I have at least twenty permanent teeth.
- I do not smoke.
- I do not take medication regularly.
- I have not used antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, or corticosteroid medications in the last 6 months.
- I am not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If I have periodontitis, I have not received treatment in the last 6 months.
- If I have gingivitis, I have a probing depth of less than 4mm.
You may not be able to join if
- I have any oral or systemic disease.
- I regularly take systemic medication.
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
- I have received periodontal treatment in the last 6 months.
- I have taken antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, or corticosteroid medications in the last 6 months.
- I smoke.

* Systemically healthy (The determination of healthy volunteers will be based on the statements of the patients in the anamnesis. No additional examinations will be made.)
* At least twenty permanent teeth in the mouth
