Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with melanoma that has spread to the brain. Participants will take a combination of medications and help researchers understand how well they work and their safety.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with cutaneous melanoma and have brain metastases.
  • I have a tumor with a known RAS, BRAF, or NF1 mutation.
  • I have at least one untreated brain metastasis that is measurable.
  • I have received at least one line of prior immunotherapy.
  • I have an ECOG Performance Status of 0 or 1.
  • I have adequate organ function based on lab results.
  • I can provide written informed consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am currently taking other investigational treatments.
  • I have had a serious bleeding event in the last 4 weeks.
  • I have symptomatic brain metastases.
  • I cannot swallow or retain medication.
  • I have a history of certain serious heart conditions.
  • I have active autoimmune disease that required treatment in the past 2 years.
  • I have known HIV with detectable viral load.
  • I have a history of interstitial lung disease.
