Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Adult patients (aged \>= 18 )
* Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in the studied regions
* Treated by paramedics authorized and capable of giving prehospital medication
Exclusion Criteria:
* OHCA with traumatic etiology
* Obvious signs of death like decapitation, rigor mortis, …
