This trial is looking for cancer survivors and their caregivers to join a community-based exercise program. Participants will receive tailored home-based exercise plans to help improve their physical health and quality of life after cancer treatment.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
You may be able to join if
- I have had a previous cancer diagnosis
- I am a caregiver for a patient who has had a previous cancer diagnosis
- I am over 18 years of age
- I am not in active treatment for cancer
You may not be able to join if
- I have an uncontrolled illness, like an ongoing infection or heart problems
- I have orthopedic or neuromuscular disorders that prevent me from exercising
- I am pregnant or nursing
- I am unwilling or unable to follow the study requirements
- I have any condition that makes me unsuitable to participate

Inclusion Criteria:
* Have had a previous cancer diagnosis OR are a caregiver for a patient who has had a previous cancer diagnosis
* Not in active treatment for cancer
* Over 18 years of age
