This trial is looking for cancer survivors and their caregivers to join a community-based exercise program. Participants will receive tailored home-based exercise plans to help improve their physical health and quality of life after cancer treatment.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I have had a previous cancer diagnosis
  • I am a caregiver for a patient who has had a previous cancer diagnosis
  • I am over 18 years of age
  • I am not in active treatment for cancer

You may not be able to join if

  • I have an uncontrolled illness, like an ongoing infection or heart problems
  • I have orthopedic or neuromuscular disorders that prevent me from exercising
  • I am pregnant or nursing
  • I am unwilling or unable to follow the study requirements
  • I have any condition that makes me unsuitable to participate
