Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* 40-70 years old
* ASCVD (atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease) score of 5% and higher
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous major cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction, heart failure, ischemic stroke)
* Limited life expectancy
* Other ongoing unstable medical conditions
