About This Trial
This study aims to find the effectiveness of Plyometric training on Physical fitness and Technical skills of young male volleyball players. Players would be taken from Prime Sports Academy and Prime Institute of Health Sciences, Islamabad and a well-designed Plyometric training plan will be implied on them for 8 weeks. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Young male healthy volleyball players aged 18-25 years, actively engaged in games for at least 6 months will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Female players
* History of trauma/injury in the last month.
