Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with advanced lung cancer who have not benefited from standard treatments. Participants will receive a new treatment called KB707 through a nebulizer, directly targeting the lungs.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am 18 years or older.
  • I have a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks.
  • I have a performance status of 0 or 1.
  • I have at least one measurable lung lesion.
  • I have advanced lung cancer and have not responded to standard treatment or cannot tolerate it.
  • I have been diagnosed with stage 3 or 4 non-small cell lung cancer.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am not fully recovered from previous surgery or radiotherapy.
  • I am pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • I have a history of HIV.
  • I have an active additional cancer that needs treatment.
  • I have active brain or leptomeningeal metastases.
  • I had intolerable side effects from previous anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy.
  • I have an active autoimmune disease that needs systemic treatment.
  • I have active or chronic hepatitis.
