This trial is looking for autistic adults aged 18 to 60 to test if Vitamin B6 can help reduce anxiety and sensory sensitivity. Participants will receive either a Vitamin B6 supplement or a placebo over the course of the study.

  • I am between 18 and 60 years old
  • I have been diagnosed with autism

You may not be able to join if

  • I take any supplement with more than 2mg of Vitamin B6
  • I take GABA agonist drugs
  • I have a history of peripheral neuropathy
  • I am lactose intolerant

About This Trial

This clinical trial aims to explore the effect of Vitamin B6 supplementation on anxiety sensory hyperreactivity in autistic adults. Researchers will compare a placebo group to high-dose Vitamin-B6 to see if vitamin B6 reduce anxiety and sensory reactivity differences in autism.
