This trial is looking for people whose heart nerve function needs evaluation. Participants will undergo tests to assess their heart's autonomic nerve function while they are receiving treatment in the hospital.

- I have had a vertical tilt test and 24-hour holter electrocardiogram done at the same time
- I am receiving treatment in the hospital
You may not be able to join if
- I have taken benzodiazepines or blood pressure medication in the past 24 hours
- I have a mental illness or severe dementia
- I have serious organ disease
- I have severe arrhythmia or issues with deep breathing
- I have poor coordination that would affect test results

About This Trial
Autonomic nervous system diseases can cause abnormalities in the circulatory system, leading to malignant arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death. Standardized, operable, and simplified diagnostic indicators are urgently needed to evaluate autonomic nervous function, particularly cardiac autonomic nervous function. Inclusion Criteria:
* Vertical tilt test and 24-hour holter electrocardiogram were performed at the same time
* Receive treatment in our hospital.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Taking benzodiazepines or hypotensive drugs within 24 hours
* Combined with mental illness, severe dementia, serious organ…
