Inclusion Criteria:
* Maxillary transverse deficit,
* Lateral crossbite
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous orthodontic treatment,
* Craniofacial anomalies,
* Severe facial asymmetries,
* Pregnancy,
* Periodontal lesions
