Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Women age 18 years to 50 years and
* ischemic or de novo dilated cardiomyopathy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with severe comorbidities which may worsen their illness
* with hypertensive heart diseases
* Rheumatic valvular heart diseases
