About This Trial
This study aims to determine, via skeletal muscle ultrasound (US), the extent, timing and relationship between skeletal muscle mass loss and outcomes after orthotropic heart transplantation (OHT) and left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation amongst patients with cardiogenic shock.
