About This Trial
This project investigates intentionally hypotensive management such as NTG (nitroglycerin) or NTG+Trandate during general anesthesia in patients undergoing orthognathic surgery. Throughout the entire surgical procedure, blood biochemical and urine monitoring will be conducted.
