Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
De novo adult KTRs
Exclusion Criteria:
* Underlying heart disease, defined as aberrant CPET, unstable angina, non-revascularized lesions or life-threatening arrhythmias
* Uncontrolled hypertension
* Uncontrolled diabetes, defined as HbA1c ≥ 9%
