Inclusion Criteria:
* 20-70 years of age
Exclusion Criteria:
* Coronary artery disease
* Heart failure
* Pregnancy
* COPD
* Diabetes
* CKD
* Sleep disorders other than OSA
* Shift workers
* Individuals who typically go to sleep after midnight
