Inclusion Criteria:
* request for cryopreserved ovarian tissue transplantation;
* premature ovarian failure or irregular mentrual cycles;
* negative test for HIV, HBV, HCV, Treponema pallidum;
* negative PAP test;
* oncological authorization;
