- I have breast cancer that cannot be surgically removed.
- I have non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be surgically removed.
- I have melanoma that cannot be surgically removed.
- I have sarcoma that is advanced or metastatic.
- My doctor says I have a life expectancy of more than 3 months.
- I live in the United States.
- I am willing to provide consent for participation.
- I agree to undergo genomic and molecular profiling.

* Patients must have a confirmed malignancy of:
Locally recurrent, unresectable, or metastatic breast cancer or; Unresectable stage III or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer or; Unresectable or metastatic melanoma or; Locally advanced or metastatic l sarcoma.
