Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for Latino adults who are 18 years and older and have been diagnosed with HIV. You should be receiving care for your HIV and have had recent tests showing that your virus levels are not well controlled. If you have plans to move away soon or are already in another HIV study, this trial isn’t for you.

About This Trial
The goal of this study is to test the effectiveness of ADELANTE on viral suppression among Latinos with HIV and viral non-suppression. Participants will receive ADELANTE (5-session, community health worker-delivered, problem-solving intervention) or enhanced care condition (ECC, 5 reminder phone calls).
