About This Trial
Alcoholic hepatitis (AH) is a serious complication of alcoholic liver disease (ALD). The histological presentation of AH is characterized by neutrophilic lobular inflammation, macrovesicular steatosis, hepatocyte ballooning and necrosis and the presence of Mallory bodies.
