Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Participants must be determined to be a fructose malabsorber (screening visit) via hydrogen breath test.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Use of probiotic/prebiotic/synbiotic supplements
* Consumption of \> 1 sugar sweetened beverage per day
