Inclusion Criteria:
* HER2 positive breast cancer
* Stage IV disease
* Treated with T-Dxd
* Available FFPE samples
Exclusion Criteria:
* TNBC breast cancer
* Hormone receptor positive breast cancer
* Non-available FFPE samples
* Treated except T-Dxd
