This trial is looking for adults who have a specific type of lung cancer with a KRAS G12C mutation. Participants will take BBO-8520 either alone or with other treatments to see how well it works and to check for safety.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and it cannot be surgically removed or has spread.
- I have a KRAS G12C mutation.
- I have measurable disease according to RECIST v1.1.
- My performance status is 0 or 1.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had any cancer in the last 2 years.
- I have untreated or unstable brain metastases.
- I am allergic to BBO-8520 or its ingredients.
- I am allergic to pembrolizumab or its ingredients.
- I have an active autoimmune disease or a history of autoimmune disease that might come back.
- I have a history of lung disease that needed steroids or have current lung disease.
