This trial is looking for adults with kidney failure who are on dialysis. Participants will try a special egg white protein pudding to see if it helps improve their health over 12 weeks.

You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years or older.
- I have chronic kidney disease.
- I have been on dialysis for more than 3 months.
- My serum albumin level is below 35 g/L.
- I can give informed consent.
- I will not change my dialysis treatment during the trial.
You may not be able to join if
- I am allergic to eggs.
- I have had a kidney transplant.
- My serum albumin level is 35 g/L or higher.
- I have bowel diseases.
- I have cancer.
- I am pregnant.
- I am receiving chemotherapy.
- I cannot consume the pudding.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Participant is willing and able to give informed consent for participation in the trial
* Male or female aged ≥18 years with CKD
* On chronic in-center hemodialysis for \> 3 months
