Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults diagnosed with a specific type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a certain genetic mutation. Participants will receive a combination of two drugs, calderasib and pembrolizumab, to see how well they work together as a first treatment option.
