This trial is looking for people who have central serous chorioretinopathy that hasn't improved with other treatments. Participants will receive micropulse laser treatment after trying medications without success.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with central serous chorioretinopathy.
- I have not improved after 6 months of treatment with Acetazolamide and Eplerenone.
- I have had foveal serous retinal detachment for at least 6 months.
- I am at least 18 years old.
- I can read and understand consent forms.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had other retinal treatments for CSC.
- I have diffuse retinal epitheliopathy.
- I have other eye diseases like age-related macular degeneration.
- I have uncontrolled glaucoma or advanced glaucoma.
- I have myopia or hypermetropia greater than 6 diopters.
- I have opacities in my eye that affect clarity.
- I have low quality optical coherence tomography (OCT) scans.
- I have not signed the required written consent.
