Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for men with advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. Participants will take the drug Opevesostat alone or in combination with other treatments to see how safe and effective it is.

You may be able to join if

  • I have prostate cancer that has been confirmed by a doctor
  • I have evidence that my cancer is progressing
  • I have received hormone therapy and my cancer has continued to grow
  • I have received treatments for prostate cancer in the past
  • I am currently taking stable doses of bone therapy for my bone health
  • I have recovered from any side effects of previous cancer treatments
  • I am HIV positive but my infection is well controlled
  • I have been treated for Hepatitis B or C and my viral load is undetectable

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a history of pituitary problems
  • I have poorly controlled diabetes
  • I have had major heart problems in the past 6 months
  • I have a history of certain blood disorders like leukemia
  • I have a history of adrenal insufficiency
  • I have active infections that need treatment
  • I have had major surgery within the last 4 weeks
  • I have another ongoing cancer that is being treated
